Worth the stress cause we left Blessed I had an amazing experience when I visited Kia this past Saturday. When my husband and I first arrived, we walked the lot and began looking at the I had an amazing experience when I visited Kia this past Saturday. When my husband and I first arrived, we walked the lot and began looking at the vehicles. we did our homework and research over the last few weeks so we already knew what our top 3 choices were before arriving. Adam was the sales rep who greeted us first. He said ' Hi my name is Adam, I'm here to assist you and answer any questions you may have, just let me know when you are ready." I am assuming by the look on my face, he knew that we weren't looking for anyone to be pushy because he commented back " I am one of the least pushy salesmen so I’ll just be over here until you let me know you are ready." I really appreciated that because it was like he was reading my mind. Anyway, we asked to test drive the car, we asked other questions that we had and received very prompt and honest responses… and then came the financing part. My husband and I both were dreading this part…. We knew what we wanted so the finagling of our finances was not something we wanted to argue over. Much to our surprise, Adam was amazing! He didn’t push us into anything we didn’t want, he didn’t try and overstep what we said we wanted by offering us something different (I’m sure its because he knew we knew what we wanted and were on a mission to get it), he just made a few suggestions that we didn’t touch upon and that was it. He tried to hurry the process along, checked several times if we were thirsty, if we wanted to watch tv while we waited, showed us the restroom, he even asked about our kids (we mentioned them a few times when test driving the car) and was just very personable. He made us feel like friends instead of a source of his next paycheck and we very much appreciated that. Once all the approvals went through, we went to meet with Ronnie W in finance. Again, he read our vibes (or maybe Adam forewarned him) that we were on a mission and cut right to the chase. He got us exactly what we wanted (well, to be honest it was $2 over what we wanted but he made up for it other places), we got a MUCH better deal on our Gap Insurance Package than what we had and again, was very personable and made us feel comfortable. Anyway, my point is, car buying is a huge pain in the TUSHY but these 2 gentleman made it in a way, enjoyable. I didn’t feel pressured when I left, I didn’t feel like I just signed my name to a contract that’s going to scar me for life and I didn’t drive away in a car that I didn’t like. Overall, I wish I could give 100 stars because who walks away from buying a car less stressed then when you walked in? WE DID! More

Instead, I’m pleasantly surprised to not have the same nightmares at West Palm Beach Kia! My advisor was Anthony Ruiz who was very nice and kept me updated every step of the way!! Greeted me with a smile & I left with a smile! While waiting, multiple sales persons greeted me and offered me water and coffee. Thanks Anthony/WPB Kia for making my day and service experience such a great one!!!! More

He quoted me a price and got us approved with Kia financing for 7%. On a 2017 forte. He said they were selling us the car at dealer invoice. This car was being bought for my 17 year old teenager. After all the talk was done and monthly payment agreed on he then told me that his general manager decided he didn’t want to sell the car at that price and wanted to raise the interest rate 1 point. Another 10.00 per month on the car payment. Well that was enough bs for us. At that point I called Gunther Kia of fort laud. There salesman told me to come to him he can do better. Well we drove home in a 2018 forte loaded at 5.9% at the payment we wanted. My suggestion to all is go to Gunther Kia of Fort Lauderdale. Your much better off. More

It was the first time i was buying a car all on my own and with no experience on negotiating or on how these types of things work. I was scared and very nervous. He made it a very easy experience. Richard Gowie (Sales Professional) did a great job representing KIA of West Palm Beach. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. On a squelching hot day, he worked hard to find the right vehicle that was a good fit for me. Ronnie White, in the finance department, made the paperwork fast and easy. I will definitely return to KIA of West Palm Beach, and I will ask for Richard!!! More
Service Dept. - Use at your own risk Quite possibly the worst service department I have ever had to deal with. The last three times we have brought our sorrento to this location it has be Quite possibly the worst service department I have ever had to deal with. The last three times we have brought our sorrento to this location it has been a nightmare. The first two times were such a catastrophe that the service manager comp'd all fees free of charge. The last time the customer service representative Johnny Jamarillo was completely unprofessional and actually cussed at me and my fiancé and provided wrong and false information which was realized after speaking with the tech who worked on the vehicle. The situation was resolved by the on duty service dept. manager. We then got in touch with who we were told was the Fixed Operations Manager - Mark Elison and gave him the rundown and how his employee cussed and handled our situation. Mark let us know he had just cleaned house in the service department and would have to be letting one more employee go and to let him know when we needed our next service and that he would take care of it. So today we contacted Mark to set up our next service. He set up our service and when we got our confirmation email guess who was assigned to be our service adviser Johnny Jamarilo. So Mark did not reprimand Johnny for cussing, being unprofessional to customers, and providing wrong and false information then assigned him to our service appointment anyway. This is the biggest lack of customer service I have ever experienced, it is apparent that the lack of quality at the location was not caused by just one bad apple and is rotten at the core. Update: Mark apologized for assigning Johnny to be our service adviser and then informed us he had made the correction. We then received an email confirmation in which our name was wrong and also our appointment time had changed. We informed Mark of his mistake he called and tried to apologize but it was too little to late so we decided that the lack of competency was not with one lower level associate but also with the leadership. Mark once told us he was there to "fix" the issue with this location but apparently he is not the solution and only adds to the lack of quality and care that West Palm beach Kia service department provides. We decided to bring our Sorrento to Greico Kia in delray and they have been much more responsive and attentive to our vehicle. Upon their inspection they found that the front brakes were extremely worn and were shocked that WPB KIA did not mention that they needed replaced the last time we where there (2 weeks ago). The service provider at Greico also mentioned that this is not the first time that have had cars in their shop with issues from WPB kia. Use WPB KIA's service dept at your own risk. More
