They replaced my engine My engine seized in my 2014 kia soul and was 500 miles out of warranty. Hunter in the service department helped me file a claim with KIA corporate and My engine seized in my 2014 kia soul and was 500 miles out of warranty. Hunter in the service department helped me file a claim with KIA corporate and assisted me through the process. Kia ended up paying 2/3 of the repairs and the dealership ate up a portion of the repairs as well. When all said and done I ended up with a brand-new engine for around 2300 I am very grateful there is no way I could afford to pay all the cost involved. They have a new customer for life the dealership that I purchased the car was not willing to help me thankfully they did. More
