If it could’ve gone wrong it did. The dealership did everything wrong from day one. Between signing papers 7 times, them not paying my old lease off on time, my old car being reported as voluntary early everything wrong from day one. Between signing papers 7 times, them not paying my old lease off on time, my old car being reported as voluntary early lease termination, my credit being ruined and numerous other things. I will say Andrew worked hard to make things right, Otto tried to repair the damage by dropping my payment and adding things onto my car that o fought for but overall Otto was not thorough and the owner or manager of the dealership was no help at all. I would never purchase a car there again unfortunately. More
