Travis Pitts was fantastic! He went out of his way to help us with our car buying decision. He was extremely knowledgeable of the two models we looked at - Sorento & the Telluride. We decided on the Tell help us with our car buying decision. He was extremely knowledgeable of the two models we looked at - Sorento & the Telluride. We decided on the Telluride. All the way thru the purchasing process he continued to provide insight. After the completion of the deal he spent an extraordinary amount of time showing us how to set up and use the electronic features. Travis was the reason we went with West Palm Kia. I am highly dissatisfied with my car. When I got home there was a tiny crack in my windshield. Plus no spare tire. Plus my windows don't work.
