Do not waste your time with this dealership - they are dishonestly advertising fake prices to get you into the dealership. They have cars listed on their website with a clearly marked "CASH" price (MSR dishonestly advertising fake prices to get you into the dealership. They have cars listed on their website with a clearly marked "CASH" price (MSRP is listed separately). The website fine print clearly lists "Disclaimer: The advertised price does not include state and local taxes, tags, registration fees, title fees, a $899.95 dealer preparation fee and a $249.50 documentation fee." I have tried to buy the car for the price listed on the website (plus agreed to *only* the fees disclosed on the website), they refuse to sell it to me and come back with a price that is $5-8k higher. I keep asking for the deal listed on their own website and they refuse to honor it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND PURCHASE ELSEWHERE! !! Where to start? First thing, the staff starting from management to their representatives are completely dishonest, lack transparency and have 0 !! Where to start? First thing, the staff starting from management to their representatives are completely dishonest, lack transparency and have 0 customer service skills. We change cars A Lot, so we are used to the process and negotiations and never had the experience we had with Greenway Kia. A friend had warned us about the dealerships reputation but we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt (Wrong choice). After some negotiations we left the dealership as the numbers were just not on our favor, which it's fine we said thank you and left. We were attended by Hunter. As we left we received a call from one of the Sales Manager John and told us to come back as they were able to match the monthly payment we were looking for and to come back to the dealership to go through the purchase. We had just left the dealership so we made a u-turn and returned. Not even 5 minutes later, Hunter comes out and tells us the unit was sold to another couple. So we were going to leave once again after they made us return. The sales manger John comes out and says that when they received the SX model he would guarantee us and honor the same payment we negotiated with them. Before leaving he offered us the X-Line trim but we explained that we did not want the X-Line as we commute and the MPG of the X-line was too low. John told us get the X-Line today and when the SX comes in stock we will trade-in the X-Line and get us in the SX trim level with the same payment guaranteed. Again, he repeatedly told us he would honor the same monthly payment. HE SOLD US A LIE AND TRICKED US INTO BUYING A UNIT THAT DID NOT MEET OUR NEEDS JUST SO THEY COULD GET A SALE. Ultimately (A lot happened in between) we were monitoring the SX trim and saw one in stock. We contacted Hunter and said yes we have it, we would do a "like for like" to get the same payment for the SX but that management wanted to wait until Monday for us to purchase it. Of course they wanted to sell it to someone else for more money as we had purchased ours at MSRP. Monday came and guess what? They sold it. This past week I see another SX Hunter said it was in transit but they were able to sell it. But guess what? They could NOT! get us at the same payment we have. In contrary we would be paying $110 over of what we are paying since interest rates went up. Makes NO sense $110 over. Ultimately I asked for a call from management and Hunter ignored my message and avoided contacting us. So the following day we contacted John who said he would look into it. We'll, guess what? 2 days after "looking into it" he says the unit is now pre-sold. Of course they did it once again kept holding us off to offer it to someone else to sell it at a higher price and not honor their word and what was guaranteed to us. So in a nutshell, we were lied too, sold a unit "temporarily" unit the model/trim came in stock to then tell us NO we can't do the option, guarantee and word we gave you. They will trick you in making you a purchase and not care about the customer. Which by the way they were the ones who came up with the option of then trade-in the X-Line we were going to leave without a unit back then and we were ok with it. We had been following up with John for two days were he continued saying I am working on it. On the end after he told us the unit was now pre-sold we told him we were extremely disappointed on the lack of transparency and would be contacting their corporate office to make them aware of this issue and then John replies via text saying: "Corporate reviews? Good luck." Yep, that's the type of treatment you will receive from them and then tell you basically oh yeah your reviews and complaints means nothing. More

On 9-1-22 I went to Greenway Kia, or as formally known as West Palm Beach Kia for service on my 2019 Kia Optima, which was still under their bumper to bumper warranty. I'm never setting foot in there again West Palm Beach Kia for service on my 2019 Kia Optima, which was still under their bumper to bumper warranty. I'm never setting foot in there again. They are a game playing rip off place. I went there because my electrical outlets were not working and my front lower grill was loose. I was the 2nd car in there at 730 AM, and I was told that they had 9 mechanics that day. The service advisor Robert could not tell me how long this would take. I sat in the waiting room for an hour, and at 830 AM Robert tells me that I should take the shuttle car home because he doesn't know when the car will be ready. I told him he had the car for an hour, and these were minor repairs. He would not give me an answer and advised me to take the shuttle car home. I get in the shuttle car and find out that the 3 women in there live in West Palm Beach, and they would be taken home first. They lived on opposite ends of the city. I sat there for 1 1/2 hours while the driver drove them home. Then, before he left WPB, he called Robert to see if my car was done. After 1 1 /2 hours Robert still couldn't give a straight answer. So the driver took me home to Boynton Beach, a half hour away. Just as we got home, Robert calls me to tell me that the outlets were working, and that it must be my charger plug. Then he tells me that the loose grill will not be covered under my warranty, and wanted one hours labor to put it back in place, at a charge of $200. Really ? Are these people brain surgeons ? I refused, telling him this is a defective part and should be fixed under warranty. He refused. Now by the time the driver took me back there, I had been on the road with him for 2 hours. I stormed into the service manager's office, some woman with long blonde hair and complained about everything. I told her her I was never in an accident or hit anything to loosen the lower grill, and there was no evidence of that. She went outside to look at the car with Robert. She even laid down under the car to see if there was any damage cause by me to the front end. Then she tells me that there is a scuff mark under the front bumper, which could have happened riding over something that loosened the lower grill. The car is 3 years old and has 38,000 miles on it. This genius thinks that the underside of a bumper should look clean ? There was no damage at all to the bumper. Then this genius admits that there is no broken parts, but she can't bill Kia for this because it just needs an "adjustment" to snap it into place, and that is not covered. I told her if it snapped out of place, that's a defect in the way it was snapped into place and should be covered. She refused to fix it for free. I told her if I wanted to pay a mechanic to fix it, I had a mechanic that said he could fix it in less than a half hour for $50. She didn't care, because she had a whole waiting room full of suckers that were willing to pay their doctor's rates. In short, they refused to fix a defect in their car, violating their company's warranty, and tried to make a fast $200 plus tax on me for something that Kia would have paid them for. Do not go to this rip off dealer. More
They are too busy to service your car. Too busy on their phones and claiming they don’t have time for walk in clients. Go somewhere else. Too busy on their phones and claiming they don’t have time for walk in clients. Go somewhere else. More
Yesterday (12/14) we went to check out lease options for a new 2022 Kia Telluride S. Now mind you, we called in advance to ensure that their new Telluride S vehicles were available for lease, and were told a new 2022 Kia Telluride S. Now mind you, we called in advance to ensure that their new Telluride S vehicles were available for lease, and were told that they were. After a brief test drive it was time to get down to numbers..they showed us financing options, not leasing ones. Financing options were $700 to $800month for a 37k vehicle! That's with a "10k trade in", 1k-4k cash down, an excellent credit score, and six figure income. Anyways, we told them once again we are not interested in financing and to show us the lease numbers. The sales manager comes to us with the same finance numbers and says a lease is not going to happen. He said it will be the same price if not more. He didnt even look up the residual value of the vehicle to determine his claim. At this point we left the dealership. There was no point in continuing a conversation. He was not acting in good faith. I'm a 40 year old man who's bought several vehicles in my life. I've never dealt with a sales manager so unprepared and underwhelming. I will lease a Telluride in the near future, but it won't be here. More
