Well at first my appointment was at 12:30 they didn’t take my car back until 12:45 I was there almost 3 hours but I understand they were backed up but overall the gentleman that’s the head of the departm take my car back until 12:45 I was there almost 3 hours but I understand they were backed up but overall the gentleman that’s the head of the department was very nice and so was the other people thank you?
