DO NOT HAVE SERVICE HERE IF YOU ARE GOING TO WAIT FOR YOUR CAR!!!!!!! It took 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. Second time I waited 3 hours for tire rotation, windshield wipers , A/C and engine filter cha YOUR CAR!!!!!!! It took 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. Second time I waited 3 hours for tire rotation, windshield wipers , A/C and engine filter change. I was told by my " service rep" that it would be 1 hour. I was offered a ride but couldn't because I live more than 10 miles away. My time is more valuable than that to wait those ridiculous times. More

Would give 0 stars if able , slow service with tags/ titles , quick to sell a car that the dealership has no title for. First dealership to have to give me two temp tags, even tho I had a metal tag. Got titles , quick to sell a car that the dealership has no title for. First dealership to have to give me two temp tags, even tho I had a metal tag. Gotten pulled over due to a outdated paper tag. Second paper tag came a week after the first one expired. Second (current paper tag) expires in 15 days let’s see what happens. Dealership blames the customer for a past due toll.. First time here very disappointed. Left a voicemail over a week ago no call back. Had to Call back today 6 times to finally reach a manager (not a voicemall ) customer service is lacking .. More
