They will take advantage of you if they see they can. I wanted to upgrade my new Kia with a fully loaded Kia. I went to Greenway because they had a better reputation than my Kia in Delray. They knew their target. Every question I asked they had a convincing answer why what they were saying was the reason for......anyway they put me in a 4-year lease. It never felt right. This was officially confirmed to me by a Honda retired dealership owner up north. "They got you", he said. This was officially confirmed to me by a Honda retired dealership owner up north. "They got you", he said. They sent me home with a leaky tire. They said to keep giving it air until they receive the replacement. At first the air needed to be replaced once a week than once a day. After 2 months they still did not have the replacement. I went to Firestone and had the new tire on my car in 48 hours at half the cost. There were numerous other problems with this dealership including the necessity to contact BBB to resolve additional issues. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU ARE CONFIDENT IN PURCHASING A CAR. Not all of us have that luxury and have to depend on honest car salesmen. They are out there. I never had to buy a car before as I lived in NYC. The first two cars I leased since moving to Florida were leased to me by honest salespeople. Sadly, I gave Kia a chance. More
