I went in for an oil change at 7:45am as scheduled. No one touched my car until 9:15am. At 10am I got my new car back with grease on the rear door. There was also a chip in the paint. Today he told me to come back Tuesday when the painter is there. He said it might take all day. I asked for a loaner car. He said they don't do that. $13,000 repair took 2+ months, paid in full with cash, had to come back TWO more times due to the wheel bearings not being replaced. Left me in a crap tire with 45k miles on it.
