I arrived 10 minutes ahead of my appointment for updates and 5K mile service. The greeter could not find a record of my appointment even though I had received a confirming email. Flustered by the reception, I neglected to mention that the dashboard indicated that 2 systems needed to be reset. No one who worked on my care noticed the dashboard warnings and the systems were not reset. When I arrived I asked the greeter how long I should expect the work to take. She said about 2 hours, which is what I expected. In fact, I waited for 3 hours for the service to be completed. This was my first time at Greenway KIA North. They say that first impressions are important. This first impression was not positive. More
