Noah, welcomed me to Kia North for my scheduled appointment. He explained the process from beginning to end, he even explained the recommendations by the Kia service team. He wasn't pushy but let me know that if I was ever interested in an upgrade or vehicle change he would be more than happy to help me. Everyone at this location was very helpful and polite during my visit. My car service was excellent and I am avery satisfied returning customer. They scheduled my service appointment 4 hours too early before they could get to servicing my car. When I pointed it out to them she played the victim like she had nothing to do with it. When I picked up my car the next day, there was two areas of gum-like goo on my car which I had to clean off myself. They didn't bother cleaning the car afterwards.
