Upon drop off of my vehicle I was met by Jennifer , she suggested a package deal for $500. When I picked up my vehicle the paperwork stated Jennifer quoted the customer $575 which is not true. I tried explaining to the service manager that day but the quote was not corrected. As I got in my vehicle to drive away the cabin air filter was sitting on the passenger seat not installed yet causing a delay . I returned Saturday am to again address the quoted price on the sheet and the service manager made it right by giving me a $50 refund. I asked about the cabin air filter ( installed the day I picked up car while I was standing there ) and deodorizing package - he stated the deodorizing was done when the technician came out to install the filter while I was waiting there by my car. He stated the saw the technician spray the product into the cabin air filter area ( service manager ) was not even outside when the technician came to put the air filter in. I didn't argue this point as I felt it was a waste of time. I don't think that service was done !!!! I'm thankfully to be refunded the $50 but I'm VERY Leary now Coming to this location to service my vehicle. No one could even explain the breakdown on my services and what a $61 misc charge was. Get it together Kia Longwood. I read the entire package before signing. More
