When I brought it in, they believed the problem was the battery so it was diagnosed based on that. If the car would have started when they called me to come get it, the problem would have not been fixed or battery so it was diagnosed based on that. However, my car didn't start, so it was diagnosed correctly, but I had to wait a couple of days for the part to come in. I was then told the part had not arrived, but then was pleasantly surprised when Jennifer called and told me my car was ready to be picked up on the day and time it was promised. More
