I took my car in for an oil change and an additional service to repair a windshield washer fluid leak. When the service was completed and I left, I got stranded shortly after, and my car would not start service to repair a windshield washer fluid leak. The battery had expired and the servicer failed to diagnose a dead battery during their inspection. There are also scratches under the hood of my car, which did not exist prior to getting this service. It appears the mechanic may have placed his tools or whatever he was using to replace the washer fluid motor/hose on the plastic cover causing damage. The dealership now refuses to take ownership, stating that there is no proof they were not already there. Poor experience, and poor handling by the management team. Make sure to take pictures of your vehicle, prior to getting it serviced. More

Extremely long wait for an oil change, 5 hours. They did have a shuttle to take me home and back but being without my car for the day was a big inconvenience. I also paid over 600.00 for my gas tank and problem not fixed.. after the second time they said it was what they feared and that the cost not fixed..
