I called the dealership on Thursday Feb.13, spoke with a receptionist Elija who stated that the manager was busy at the moment and would call me back. As of today Sunday Feb.16, I have not been contacted, no voice mail messages left. There are simple and professional ways of handling a situation like this, to where it didn't have to come this far. It's almost like they're hoping you just go away, and pretend nothing ever happened. I do not enjoy leaving reviews like this, but I tried my best to be assisted, prior to the review. I don't believe anyone likes having their things damaged by someone else over carelessness. Definitely a learning experience.
