Service manager was backed up, so my 12:00 appointment was only seen at 12:20 or so. I only gave this place one star because I couldn’t give zero! They wanted to charge 300.00 to put an update on my non working radio to “fix” it. The issue is my car is 1 year old and covered under the fact zero! They wanted to charge 300.00 to put an update on my non working radio to “fix” it. The issue is my car is 1 year old and covered under the factory warranty. They said it falls under the “adjustments” warranty which is only to 12k miles (adjustment warranty covers wear and tear). After discussion they refused to do update without charge so we left and contacted another dealership. They informed us that it was not true and is covered under original audio warranty. Do not use this service department! They are dishonest and money hungry! Go literally anywhere else!! More
