First, they continuously kept ordering the wrong parts for my car which led to them keeping my car for an extra 3 weeks. Second, while they had my car for 3 weeks they stole money from my car. It was repo for my car which led to them keeping my car for an extra 3 weeks. Second, while they had my car for 3 weeks they stole money from my car. It was reported by the technician and given to an advisor (whom i have never spoken to) and he then stated that he called me and i came and picked it up, which never happened, then changed his story and said a lady (who was not me) came and said it was hers and was let into MY vehicle and she grabbed the money. All while this has been going on, i have called multiple times and spoke to the service manager, Joe Vega, who has been way less then helpful during the whole situation. He did nothing to help me, i never got calls back or updates and he laughed the whole situation off. Lastly, i reached out to the GM and was not ever able to get into contact. I am still currently waiting on a call back that i am expecting to never get. Safe to say i will never be back. More
