Service manager was dismissive and rude. They took 5 hours to complete nothing but an oil change and despite telling them what part was needed to be fixed, they said they couldn't find it an They took 5 hours to complete nothing but an oil change and despite telling them what part was needed to be fixed, they said they couldn't find it and would need to keep my car an extra day. An oil change does not take that long. I have family and friends that are mechanics and all were appalled at how what should've been a simple fix was handled. Also Noah stated mechanics could not finish the car because they had all left. This was at 5pm and service is open until 6. Horrible service. Did not care that I needed my car nor for my time. Noah was nice to start but there is only so much he could do when the mechanics are so slow and the manager tries to justify poor quality service. More
