Kia service is terrible, I took my Kia Sportage in three times for the same issue. I advised each time of the issue and how to resolve to deaf ears, I was given a bandaid fix. This last service I had to spe times for the same issue. I advised each time of the issue and how to resolve to deaf ears, I was given a bandaid fix. This last service I had to speak in a stern voice to get my point across and advise of the issue with my 2023 Kia Sportage. My suv was kept for 4 days and I was told a loaner is not offered. This is my 5th Kia, in all my years of interacting with Kia, this by far is the worse customer service and dealership.
