It took three separate visits and multiple phone calls and texts for a single warranty recall to be fixed on my 2024 KIA. The inefficiency and mismanagement were glaringly evident. The initial evaluation was straightforward, but the subsequent appointments were riddled with issues. On my second visit, I was informed that not all parts were available despite prior assurances, resulting in just an oil change and a decent amount of wasted time. To add to the inconvenience, my reserved replacement part was mistakenly given to another customer, forcing me to endure a reorder which took another week before I could get this fixed. The pinnacle of this ordeal was my seven-hour wait during the third visit, where I expected the installation of the replacement part and another oil change as promised. Disappointingly, they neglected the oil change entirely. The thought of a fourth visit to rectify their oversight is unacceptable. Time off work is valuable, and Greenway Kia’s lack of efficiency has wasted enough of mine. One star is given with the hope that it reflects the urgency for improvement in their service and organization. More
I don’t typically write reviews, but I had to write this one. I made an appointment and brought my car into receive its 8k mile service. Theo handled the service and was clearly annoyed and not profession one. I made an appointment and brought my car into receive its 8k mile service. Theo handled the service and was clearly annoyed and not professional with me when I brought my car in. I asked for a wash as part of my service. When I came back I realized the car wasn’t washed. Theo was gone. I wasn’t confident that I received my full service. Two days later while driving to work a message came on my car stating “Service due now! Please take your car to an authorized Kia dealer or the nearest service center.” I was alarmed that I had just brought my car in for servicing and was receiving this message. I called the service department and explained the situation and brought the car in that day. The manager addressed my concerns. They serviced the car at that time. While servicing, they lost one of my valve caps to my tire. As I mentioned before I don’t write reviews, but I felt this review needed to be written. After receiving a number of requests to write a review about my experience at this visit …here it is. More
