I have scheduled a repair service to install four new tires and address a recall issue. At arrival I was greeted promptly, and shuttle driver took me home. All good so far. I have received a call around 3 pm that my car is ready and that if a pay with CC there will be a 3% fee. When I escalated with the manager Joe, he apologized that I was not made aware in advance but the overall total that I was promised with the fee included was slightly less overall. All good here. When I checked my vehicle log I found that my vehicle was taken on multiple rides totaling more than 40 miles. 40 miles!! Are you kidding me? The tires were in stock and the recall required a basic item. Why in the world would you put 40 miles on my vehicle without disclosing this to me. Just be aware if you ended up using them. More

This was the best experience ever having my car serviced! ! Lisan listened to me, checked around my car with me, explained that the tires were wearing and how a diagnostic would work and be charged if ne ! He even brought out Jennifer, who was also very knowledgeable and friendly to be sure I understood before agreeing to service. Then they arranged a shuttle home and back with a pleasant driver. I was very pleased to find I didn’t need any diagnostics, financially and just to know the car was still okay. Lisan even went over the bill at the cashier’s office. And she (the cashier) pointed out that I may want to use a different card to avoid charges for credit. I wish I had thought to ask them if extended warranties were worth getting. Anyway Lisan got my car and removed all of the protective coverings. Then thanked me for coming. All in all a good day, really. I know who to ask for if/when I come again. Marietta d. Smith More
I had a wonderful experience at Kia North. I spoke with Noah, a very accommodating representative. Although, I was informed the Shuttle service for transport already ended for the day. Noah improvised & indicated he would send out a mechanic to pick me up. It just so happened it was Noah who arrived in my vehicle, in which was great as I had my 2 littles. I will continue to go to Kia North for future services as they have always provided outstanding customer service. More
