Took 2 hours for just an oil change with a scheduled appointment. They texted me and when I responded they ignored me. Once car was completed they came. When getting back in my car my driver side mat was filthy like they spilled something thankfully I have the weather tech mats. Overall poor quality. They called me for a follow up on how well it went I let the lady know and nobody bothered to follow up with my concerns. Definitely not the worst but definitely dropped ball on communication and time and cleanliness. More
First off I would like to say Brittani my sales girl was awesome. She stood by me through the whole negotiation process. At one point I thought it wasn’t going to happen. I’ve seen several not so good ratings online but if you hook up with Brittani, she will make sure you are taken care of properly. More
This is my second time I visit this dealership. It took more than 24 hours after I dropped my car to tell me there was no solution for my issue.
