The ball was absolutely dropped on my last visit, huge safety issues! The dealership has been horrible with thier lack of communication while trying to fix the issue to the point I had to take my car som safety issues! Went for the recall. Got car still said it was needing service and needed the recall fixed. They had to reset everything because it want done. Then realized today the reset cancelled my Kia Connect! So now more work for me to fix. More

The service was great. They made it really easy for us. Some window trim had blew off the car about a week before service.
