Your service department is the worst that I have ever dealt with in 35 years of being in the automotive industry. I wound up having to trade in a car with a blown up engine in it because Kia would not re dealt with in 35 years of being in the automotive industry. I wound up having to trade in a car with a blown up engine in it because Kia would not replace it and and it was still under warranty Now on the purchase side I dealt with Nena she was awesome. She answered every question tended to all my needs got me the vehicle I needed to put my daughter into and David. The manager got the payments right where they needed to be. I had no issues with them. They were both great. Nena was awesome. More
Trim is falling off one year old car. Been to location twice. Can't get me replacement parts. Its the blame it on parts shipments game. No one taking ownership. My was dropped off at 10-15 and I got it back at 12:30 . It was not served at all. The customer service was inadequate to say the least. You kept my car over 3 weeks. Very little communication about why. Upon pickup of my vehicle I was told one thing about a oil change and then being You kept my car over 3 weeks. Very little communication about why. Upon pickup of my vehicle I was told one thing about a oil change and then being charged another. When my husband couldn't straighten it out I had to turn around and come back to the dealership for them to do their job and look at the paperwork that said I had free oil changes left. The customer service manager promised me he will call me bac, because I was not satisfied with just him telling me you were sorry for all of the bad service I received. I told him to contact the general manager and that I wanted to speak with him that day. I have not heard back either one of them yet. The sad thing is when I bought the car I was lied to horribly. I finally got a meeting with the general manager after coming back making a scene multiple times for someone to hear me. From what I've seen from this dealership since I bought my car in 2020 that unless you make a scene you're not heard. This is unfortunate. If I didn't have the free oil changes I would never come to your dealership because of all the lies I've been told, the unprofessionalism and people not knowing their job. More
