Very disappointed! Waited 4 hours for an oil change and wheel alignment after making an appointment. When asking for the alignment report was informed they don’t have one since there was no paper in machine. Informed of an extra 3 percent charge of using a credit card. Waited for them to find my keys after payment was made. Repair estimate had many extra charges and suggested repairs. I left the dealership not wanting to return. More

I took my car in for repairs ended up getting it back in worse condition. It still wasn’t drivable and on top of that it was flooded and they continue to transfer me and then hang up the phone. The man that worked with me the entire time was great and attentive. I’m super happy to have such such a good experience with him. My issue comes with the inappropriate early-2000s sec music that was played attentive. I’m super happy to have such such a good experience with him. My issue comes with the inappropriate early-2000s sec music that was played at a balmy 8:30a. All the gross car salesmen dancing and singing as my three year old daughter had to sit and witness. It was uncomfortable at least and I would not be recommending this dealership for people with kids. The manager came out a couple times and should have put a handle on the music being played. More
