Disorganized is an understatement. It took multiple calls to figure out if service was completed because I kept being told my service advisor would call me back but he never did. When I picked up the car, there was no update from the service advisor about the work performed or the status of the multiple service bulletins. When I finally tracked down my service advisor, he stated they had to order a part but didn’t know when it would arrive. His advice was to keep calling and eventually the part would be in. It’s been multiple weeks now, no part. I highly regret my service agreement with this dealership More
