I asked for a estimate on fixing AEB AFLS LDWS lights were on they did not work got car back a few days later lights back on 2nd time worked for a few days stopped again next time gave me a high estimate were on they did not work got car back a few days later lights back on 2nd time worked for a few days stopped again next time gave me a high estimate to fix these were the things not working I’m very disappointed the $1433.88 bill I got and the only difference was the front camera worked and windshield washing was fixed don’t understand why these things were not in the estimate because they were the things not working to start with and apparently they did something because they worked for a few days I would not have agreed to have it fixed if I had known they weren’t going to fix these problems listed above in that estimate More
I had an appointment for a recall at 1. 30 pm when I got there I was told not today as the car needs to sit and be cold so this meant coming back another time. I was like ok but I do have this 1.30 appointment maybe you could look at the slow leak in the back left Tyre. I ended up with all new tyres which was ok. My problem is I was there for FIVE hours waiting on this Tyre change, This is ridiculous I should have just gone to one of the more local Tyre shops it would have been faster. Not even sure why I bothered to make the appointment honestly. On the plus side, the receptionist in the lobby was lovely and friendly. I had a nice chat with her. I had a nice chat to Mark and another gentleman on the sales side about trading in my Kia Sedona and I had an interesting talk with another customer. I did like too drinks, snacks and comfy chairs available. I was kept fairly up to date by the service guy. Problem is that at 4 hours in this is how I knew my 1.30 appt time was a joke and the service had just been started so yeah, that was not that impressive. This is were I brought my Soul so I will keep going back it’s just disappointing that my afternoon off was spent in a Kia service lobby. :( More
