Had a 9:45 am oil change appt. By noon car was still parked. I asked advisor status, 10 mins later he said they would be getting to it soon. I said no thank you and left. A day later I noticed the sticker on my windshield indicated the oil change had been down. I called the service center asked the girl to look at my records and she advised me that it had been done. A day later the maintenance light came on my dash display. This time I called and spoke with the advisor and he said it has not been done. First an oil change should not take over 2 hours to complete, second they should get their records straight. I will not be going back to Greenway Kia Longwood. More
Thought Jennifer was nice , I never got any updates on my car at all the whole time it was in the shop.
