Disorganized is an understatement. It took multiple calls to figure out if service was completed because I kept being told my service advisor would call me back but he never did. When I finally tracked down my service advisor, he stated they had to order a part but didn’t know when it would arrive. His advice was to keep calling and eventually the part would be in. I was a bit disappointed when I came in for recall work that I got notice that the part was finally in. When I arrived I found out that there were 2 recalls and they could only do the one that I didn’t kno that I got notice that the part was finally in. When I arrived I found out that there were 2 recalls and they could only do the one that I didn’t know about because the part was not in for the one I came in for. Now I will have to come back when that part comes in whenever snd was told it would be another 2 hour appointment. This recall has been out for months and still can’t get it resolved. The service was good. I took my vehicle in for and oil change and tire rotation. I just wish they had checked to see why my windshield light was on with my multipoint insp I took my vehicle in for and oil change and tire rotation. I just wish they had checked to see why my windshield light was on with my multipoint inspection. Instead I was told that maybe they forgot to add the fluid and that I could add it myself. I thought they atleast check out those things to let me know if there was a problem with my vehicles operation of the wipers. The wipers work, the fluid does dispense however my light continuously comes on when I crank up my vehicle. Besides that the service was good including the receptionist who was very attentive to the customers needs. More

Chris and Dylan were so welcoming and helpful that I went back there after purchase. It's worth the drive! Frankie Sanz is my service advisor and I feel so blessed to have him taking care of me and my SUV. He is always courteous and takes the time and effort to communicate, problem solve, and get me back on the road. My nightmare SUV has been a challenge to say the least, but Frank provides stellar, over the top, quality service and it's all getting fixed. I would seriously probably break down as much as my Kia parts if it wasn't for Frank's compassion and competence. I love this dealership. Everyone I have come in contact with here are friendly and helpful from reception area to service dept. cashiers, the service team, shuttle drivers, and the service manager.
