Took 3 hours for a simple scheduled oil change not the first time this has happened but will be the last time I waste that much time for an oil change. I told Noah just to do the oil change and tire rotation and I will call and make an appointment for the recall, I left and came back and 90 minutes and Noah told me they already started working on the recall so I was at your dealership from 9:30 AM until 1:30 PM, I would like to do a Google review under dealership and say very good things about your dealership however I need this check system checked out by your dealership so I know what it means and how to get it to stop More
There is no waiting area for service customers which is not good. It is slow to receive updates on what's happening with your vehicle. It is a waste of customer's time to bring you in for a recall inspecti not good. It is slow to receive updates on what's happening with your vehicle. It is a waste of customer's time to bring you in for a recall inspection, when it's a known issue, only to have to bring you back again when the part comes in. The service department seems to always be over scheduled so it takes hours and hours to get your work done. Too many appointments are scheduled per day. More
