When I arrived the person that checked me in told me that my service was going to be about $200 , this was my very first service with a lease , I didn't understand why and asked if they don't honor a first s my service was going to be about $200 , this was my very first service with a lease , I didn't understand why and asked if they don't honor a first service free considering it was a lease and it was the first. He quickly told me that bc I didn't lease the car there they don't honor other location sales. I understood but wasn't sure why it was so expensive, for a fully electric car. They admitted later they didn't see it was fully electric. (The price was lowered) I asked for a shuttle in my appointment request and in person which took an hour, when they came to get me, I walked to a car that I saw the whole time I was waiting sitting there, which appears the driver was late coming in and not out dropping another person off as I was told. The driver didn't know how to use the built in GPS in the car and said they didn't know how to connect the gps bc it was a new car, and needed me to give him directions. During the pickup and going back to the service location (I requested a pick up when the car was completed) the driver was driving so fast that if I didn't hang on I would have fell out my seat. Moreover, I was also never offered even a car wash as others I saw being offered when the car was completed. The car needed a recall and normal maintenance done and took over 4 hours. The fees and storage of paperwork fees was also a bit much. I was disappointed. I will not go back if I can avoid it next time. I wasn't even told what was actually done to the car or what the recall was for. More

I had an appointment today for fixing the cruise control in my 2009 Sportage. Everything went great. The service advisor Lisan Siverio provided outstanding service.
