They answer the calls but forget to xxu and didnt say that they dont take credit cards. They kept my car for 2 weeks and it wasn't until then that they gave me a rental where I had to miss work and I that they dont take credit cards. Bad communication, I waited for almost 2 and a half hours with no up date on my car. When I asked he said they couldn't get the car before mine out of the bay.
