My time with this dealership was anything but professional. I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle and when I get there the car was clearly not looked at beforehand. The dashboard was not working and the salesman didn’t know how to work the technology in the car. The general sales manager is the epitome of sleazy car salesman. I put a deposit down on a vehicle to hold it over the weekend and I asked for it to get it in writing that I get my money back if it’s not to my satisfaction and they hand wrote it illegibly on printer paper without his name on it. The key fob did not have the emergency key that is required inside and that took two weeks to get it cut and to me. I would like to never deal with his dealership again. More
