Normally service is very good. This time it wasn’t. I had to wait 20 minutes before anyone would help me even though I was on time for my appointment. Also, I received a call a This time it wasn’t. However, I was just there for the recall fix!!!! What are you people doing? I said YES to recommend this service due to my past experiences. However, if this happens again, the answer is NO. More

Didn't get any service done because you didn't have the part. Was a waste of time. You could have told me that and then determined what you needed while I was still there, instead of taking 6 hours to have part. Was a waste of time. Terrible communication. Service never wants to answer the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes then after 30 minutes I only have 30 minutes left to pick up my car. No one told me to leave the Rent-A-Car at the dealership, wasted money, taking two cars and wasted time somebody to help me. I no longer get my oil changed here because every time I make an appointment, They never do it. The fourth time I called before I even picked up my car and of course it was not completed. I Don’t understand why they can’t read my paperwork and understand what I need from you guys. Instead we’re playing the guessing game? I Never wanna go to this location again. I’m at the point where I want to get rid of my Kia car and go back to Hyundai! Terrible communication, terrible customer service and terrible service.
