Noah was extremely polite and customer service was top tier. When I pulled up, I waited a while and other ladies were outside but never came to my car to say 'hello sorry we're busy but just give us a mom tier. Frustrating unorganized. We bought a car with a scratch on it. The salesman we dealt with said the service department would fix. The car also had a recall on it. The salesman said to drop the car off on a Tuesday because that is when the paint person is there and they would take care of the scratch and recall. We dropped the car off on a Monday (4/27) afternoon. We were told the next day that they had to order the part for the recall. We left the car there and the part would be in on Friday. We were told on Saturday that the car was ready. We asked whether the scratch was fixed. They said they would look at it. They called back to say that they could not buff it out. They said again that the paint person comes on Tuesday so we left the car with them again. They told us on that Tuesday (5/6) that the car was ready. We picked the car up that evening (5/6). It took 15 minutes for the service technician to find the keys for the car. Once we got the keys, we checked the car. The scratch was not fixed. We returned to the service department to say the scratch was not fixed. A supervisor came out to look at the scratch because he did not know about. He agreed that it could not be painted and a new roof rack would have to be ordered. We went back inside to verify that they ordered a new roof rack. The supervisor said to drop the car off the following Tuesday and that the part would be in the next Thursday or Friday (5/16). We stated that we would only drop the car off when the part arrived. We called several times after the part was to arrive to ask because no one contacted us. We were told that they part arrived but they did not know where it was. We called several times to ask about it. Finally around 5/22 we spoke with someone (Gina?) who verified that they found the part. Initially she reached out to us saying that we needed paintwork done, again communication failure because they were looking for the roof rack that was ordered. We explained again what was going on. She made us an appointment for Tuesday 5/27 to drop the car off. We stated that we could drop it off Monday evening due to work arrangements. She stated that was okay and that she would make a note. We dropped the car off on 5/26. We received a call Tuesday stating that we missed our service appointment. We called back to state that no, we dropped it off the evening before. Again they struggled to locate our key when we returned for the car on Thursday 5/29. Luckily Gina left me a voicemail stating where the key was so that we could tell the service technician. This is the most unorganized operation I have ever dealt with. No one knows what the other is doing. You all lost our keys not once but twice. More
