Classy First, my service rep Noah was very helpful and attentive throughout. Inside of an hour the problem was identified, but the two tires I needed were not in stock. I was offered a ride home but I asked instead if I could return after lunch the following day for installation. As promised, I was served immediately on my arrival the next day and had only a minimum wait. The waiting area is classy: wi-fi, coffee, generous snacks including Famous Amos products, and frequent updates from the service rep. I might add that it is very easy to make service appointments online, including specific details, and Noah had a copy of my issues in hand when I arrived. More
