My original appointment time was honored, and a serviceman took a ride with me to get the feel for the problem I was enduring. Inside of an hour the problem was identified, but the two tires I needed were not in stock. I was offered a ride home but I asked instead if I could return after lunch the following day for installation. As promised, I was served immediately on my arrival the next day and had only a minimum wait. The waiting area is classy: wi-fi, coffee, generous snacks including Famous Amos products, and frequent updates from the service rep. I might add that it is very easy to make service appointments online, including specific details, and Noah had a copy of my issues in hand when I arrived. More

I couldn't believe it. So I called another dealer. (Deland Kia). And talked to service dept. WOW. Totally different. They told me to bring car in that day. And battery was completely covered at no cost to me. I would never buy from any dealer that won't honor warrantys. That's the reason I bought a Kia was the warranty. Well I know my next car I buy. It won't be at Longwood Kia. More
