GREAT AND ON TIME MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR JULY 28 AT 8AM BUT I FOUND OUT AT THE LAST MINUTE I WOULD HAVE TO WORK THAT DAY SO WHEN I CALLED THEY ADVISE ME TO BRING IT IN MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR JULY 28 AT 8AM BUT I FOUND OUT AT THE LAST MINUTE I WOULD HAVE TO WORK THAT DAY SO WHEN I CALLED THEY ADVISE ME TO BRING IT IN THE DAY BEFORE BY 4PM AND THEY WOULD FIT ME IN. WHEN I GOT THERE I WAS A LITTLE PAST 4PM BUT THAT WAS NO PROBLEM THE TECH GOT MY CAR STARTED AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE ABOUT 2 HOURS FOR MY 15000 MILE CHECKUP BUT IN LESS THAN THAT TIME THEY HEAD ME ALL FINISH AND MY CAR CLEANED AND READY TOGO. GREAT JOB KIA THANKS SO MUCH. More

The Service department is the worst ever They don’t call to let you know the parts are in and when you try to call they transfer you from one department to the other no one talks to you.
