Our wait was minimal in a comfortable witting area with snacks available. Mr. Lamrani came to us, when completed, and went over all the paper work & escorted us to the cashier. All our dealings, as usual, were handled in a professional, courteous, manner which assures we will continue to call Orlando KIA North for all our vehicle needs. More

Great Service Experience I had taken my 2015 Kia Soul in for the first oil change and the service adviser told me about the service recall on my vehicle and said that it was f I had taken my 2015 Kia Soul in for the first oil change and the service adviser told me about the service recall on my vehicle and said that it was free of charge to fix, I also received a complementary car wash. The entire amount of time spent in the dealership was about 1.5 hrs and the car runs and looks excellent after that service. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. More

So So I brought my Kia Soul Exclaim in for a 15000mi service on 11/13/15. I had a coupon which had been mailed to my home by the dealership. The coupon was I brought my Kia Soul Exclaim in for a 15000mi service on 11/13/15. I had a coupon which had been mailed to my home by the dealership. The coupon was for $25 off for spending $175 or $50 off for spending $250, etc. for any service. The bill was $288.18 before the coupon and I was given only a $25 discount. I also have a maintenance booklet for which I paid $425 when I purchased the car. When I presented the maintenance voucher along with the coupon, I was given a bit of a run around about using 2 coupons for the service, even though the voucher was something I had paid for. The service rep also tried to tell me that I was "supposed" to use a $20 off maintenance voucher from my booklet, but he relented and let me use the coupon that had been mailed to me. My maintenance voucher gave me only an additional $20 discount, which when you do the math (4 x $20 x 3 years) is $240...I think I am getting screwed a bit here. Oh well, live and learn. More
