Greenway Kia North - Service Center

So So I brought my Kia Soul Exclaim in for a 15000mi service on 11/13/15. I had a coupon which had been mailed to my home by the dealership. The coupon was I brought my Kia Soul Exclaim in for a 15000mi service on 11/13/15. I had a coupon which had been mailed to my home by the dealership. The coupon was for $25 off for spending $175 or $50 off for spending $250, etc. for any service. The bill was $288.18 before the coupon and I was given only a $25 discount. I also have a maintenance booklet for which I paid $425 when I purchased the car. When I presented the maintenance voucher along with the coupon, I was given a bit of a run around about using 2 coupons for the service, even though the voucher was something I had paid for. The service rep also tried to tell me that I was "supposed" to use a $20 off maintenance voucher from my booklet, but he relented and let me use the coupon that had been mailed to me. My maintenance voucher gave me only an additional $20 discount, which when you do the math (4 x $20 x 3 years) is $240...I think I am getting screwed a bit here. Oh well, live and learn. More

Awesome and fast I had a problem with my vehicle so I took it in and within minutes they fixed the problem with no charge and even gave me a free car wash. Service after the sale was awesome! I was called today by Orlando Kia North tol tell me my Spare tire kits had come in from the mails and were set up and ready for pickup. I drove one of my Soul's in and met a very cute young lady in the Service driveway- a Service Advisor named Ashley. This is one impressive young woman. She not only told me where to go to get my parts order but she went with me and made sure I had a Parts professional waiting on me before leaving. She was very kind to me as well and a credit to her Dealership. When I came back with the other Soul she met me with a great big smile. You can bet I will be back to see her! The Parts man I met was Dennis. He knew of my order and said it was all ready. He went and got one of the tire kits and came out to the car and installed the tire and kit for me. he was friendly and very professional and made me feel like I belonged. When I came back with the other Soul he met me with the other tire and kit and installed that one too while chatting with me. He then said that if I want or need any accessories for my cars he is the man to talk to and he would be happy to hook me up anytime I desire. The General Mgr Jim Oneil should be very proud of these two exemplary employees and proud of himself for fostering this kind of customer oriented team. These folks make you look good Jim! Great Experience This was my first visit to Orlando Kia North since relocating from the Philadelphia Metro Area. I pulled into the service/reception bay to make an oil This was my first visit to Orlando Kia North since relocating from the Philadelphia Metro Area. I pulled into the service/reception bay to make an oil change appointment for later in the week or following week. The service attendant (Jason) was very friendly, and informed me they do could the oil change right then in about 45-60 minutes. After taking my personal information, and getting the VIN number off my vehicle, I was asked if there were any issues or problems I needed the mechanics to take a look at, and it wasn't. I was informed that the oil change would be $35.00, at which point I inquired about a tire rotation, which would be an additional $18.00, which is a lot cheaper than I paid at Mitsubishi dealerships in Philly and south Jersey. The attendant showed me the entrance to the customer lounge, along with informing me that beverages, light refreshments, a television, and free wi-fi were available in the the lounge. After making a few calls, reading emails, and before I could get comfortable or possibly antsy from the wait, Jason was entering the waiting room to tell me my vehicle was finished, which was about 45 minutes from the time I pulled into the service bay. First impressions are everything, and this was a great first experience from Orlando North Kia More
