AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! I came in for a minor recall on my car. I mentioned to the dealership that I had a noise with the steering wheel as well, after extended observation b I came in for a minor recall on my car. I mentioned to the dealership that I had a noise with the steering wheel as well, after extended observation by technicians my car had to stay at the shop. But! before it was mentioned this to me EVERYTHING!!! was taken care of... the rental, info on the day my car would be ready, they called the warranty to make sure all was covered. This dealership is awesome! I have to acknowledge Noah for being a wonderful, patient, informative, and educated individual. John, from service for his patience and caring ways. I would also like to Thank the Manager for taking time to speak with me about all that was done to my car. He brought clarity and ease to me. He was GREAT! I would definitely recommend this dealership to all who need service and who would like to buy a car. More

My original appointment time was honored, and a serviceman took a ride with me to get the feel for the problem I was enduring. Inside of an hour the problem was identified, but the two tires I needed were not in stock. I was offered a ride home but I asked instead if I could return after lunch the following day for installation. As promised, I was served immediately on my arrival the next day and had only a minimum wait. The waiting area is classy: wi-fi, coffee, generous snacks including Famous Amos products, and frequent updates from the service rep. I might add that it is very easy to make service appointments online, including specific details, and Noah had a copy of my issues in hand when I arrived. More
