I'm sorry you feel that way. I reviewed our records and have found the last time you were here for sales information was on 9/27/11 - you were offered 2.9% and a payment of $423 for 60 months. The taxes, tag and other fee's were $2193 - so the $2000 "down" would have went to pay for those items. Typically, banks don't like to finance tax and other state fee's - and I would recommend paying up front for them as well. After all, who wants to pay interest on tax, tag and state doc fees? Concerning your electrical issue, we have only replaced a light bulb which is very difficult to access. Our labor charge is consistant with industry standards. Our coupons are sent several different ways, mostly by e-mail. I will be happy to make sure your included in all future coupon offerings.
