worse dealer for service orlando kia norh is the worse dealer to go for service...if you need to service your car please do your self a favor and go to #Deland Kia# they have orlando kia norh is the worse dealer to go for service...if you need to service your car please do your self a favor and go to #Deland Kia# they have the best service they are respectful to them cosmumers...i was there saturday because my car have recall on it..and they give me appoinment for Thursday at 12 pm...they told me the car will not take more the 2 or 3 hours to be done..i was waiting for them to call me but they never did i had to go there at 6 pm and they told me the service is close by 6 pm..They didnt want to give me any information on my car all they was saying there is nothing we can do i dont have any other car i stayed without car and lost a day from my work because of#orlando kia north#my friend give me a ride to home that night and i forget also my house keys was on the car key as well i went back and asked them i cant get into my house i need my house keys at least find a away to give me my house keys but the guy call him self a manager telling me there is nothing he cant do..why do you even call your self a manager if you cant have access to service shop..so today i called again and asked about my car and yet noone wanted to give me information on my car..i called 1 hour later again and he car still not ready and they told me to come pick it up without fixing the car... Michael Shaw has no people's skills On 10/26/17 I had an oil change and tire rotation done at this location so I was surprised when the tire light came on while driving on 10/31/17. I wa On 10/26/17 I had an oil change and tire rotation done at this location so I was surprised when the tire light came on while driving on 10/31/17. I was at the VA in Lake Nona so I went to the nearest KIA location which was City Kia. There they told me that all my tires were in bad condition and I said that can not be possible cause Orlando KIA North never mentioned it a few days before. City Kia showed me my tires and told me that I can have a blowout if I continue to drive the car and assured me they had no affiliation to the Longwood location. While waiting on my car at City KIA I decided to call the service manager in Longwood Mike Shaw who had the nerve to tell me what difference does it make, you still found out a few days later. Maybe to him my life and the people in my car don't matter but to me they do. I would have not gotten on I-4 this past weekend or would have not taken 417 to the Orlando VA either. This guy has the worse customer service skills I have ever seen. All they told me was that I needed two filters which I did purchase the air filter. THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT MY TIRES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. All Michael Shaw cared about was getting me off the phone. Makes me super mad because every time I have had my car serviced at the Longwood location they pressure me to give them a good evaluation. Not to mention on 10/26/17 Mike Shaw had already given me a hard time because he did not want to honor something that a service employee had promised me in the past. I had the employee's name and all the info and Shaw still gave me a hard time in honoring what had been promised me. He finally did honor it. They also did not tell me that I needed a new battery when they are suppose to check when they do the oil change. City KIA showed me that my battery was going to give soon. Since my car has very low mileage, the salespeople always try to sell me a new KIA. I will be in the market for a new car soon but after my experience with Mike Shaw I wont be buying another KIA. More

Service Team I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Sorento and needed a oil change and my tire replaced because I had blowed the tire the day prior. The service team too I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Sorento and needed a oil change and my tire replaced because I had blowed the tire the day prior. The service team took me in and made sure I was beyond satisfied. I didn't have to reschedule when I arrived later than scheduled and they just added the tire maintenance on with the oil change so I didn't have to wait long at all. I was VERY SATISFIED! I brought my car over couple times and everything seemed fine, until one day that they locked the car keys inside and in the process of opening the car they scratched all over the driver side... the manager was very apologetic "like that would solve anything" he said please let me have our painter take care of that for you he will be here next Wednesday you will drop your car and we will give you a rental for the days it may take us to fix it. well, they called and rescheduled. to not extend the story more we went back and forward rescheduling and never happened and we never return. Well, he had some light xxxxx that went back and my wife asked me to go back there have them do it since the car is a certified car cover by them. I went back as the boss said it. happens to be that light xxxxx are not cover in the warranty which is fine $150 bucks there. But that was not the bad thing the bad happened next... here we go again!!! they broke the chrome part of the front bumper once again. and once again the manager with the same story we are already in the second week for them to call me back and have it fixed. I won't even call them no more my first and last KIA Ever. I change my cars every 2 years and I have 3 and I also have my own company that won't be buying a car from them anymore. More
