I bought my car for recall work, rather I drove it in for recall work (Mike tried to say I got it towed, then it wasn't drive able). I picked my car Up not in the condition I dropped it off in. This man MIKE SHAW tried to tell me anything to get out of fixing my car. When Enterprise came to pick me up he turned around and spoke rudely to him as well. So nasty so rude that the guy from enterprise even was like whoa dude calm down. So kia needs to get someone there who knows how to treat customers. It's one thing to deny or take responsibility for your screw up. It's a whole other ballgame when you talk to people like there beneath you. More
Very happy I came in for routine maintenance. Joe the service guy brought me out to my car and showed me the brakes were low and the tires were worn badly. I am I came in for routine maintenance. He spoke with the manager Mike and they worked with me and my budget, and gave me a complementary alignment so my tires wouldn't wear out again. There were other things my car will need but Joe showed me filters and prioritized what could wait and for how long. Very kind and trustworthy More

Sales and Service....Repairs Purchased a used Toyota at this dealership. Everytime I brought it in for regular service, it was clear they did not want to work on it. One day with an appointment I waited from 11AM to the end of the day for them to do a simple oil change. They had no oil filters for the Toyota, so I had to leave the dealership and drive to a parts store to get it. I was charged full price anyway. Purchased extended warranty and they told me to bring it to a dealer. Went to the dealer and they told me to bring it back to where I purchased it. Orlando Kia North would not stand behind the extended warranty. The extended warranty company appeared to be non existent. They did nothing for me. I would never purchase a Kia or Mitsubishi from this dealer and certainly would advise that you do not purchase a used car from them. Horrible experience for 4 years. This visit was for service and sales new or used. The male sales people gave me a quote on a car but refused to give me the cost of the repair. There are no women. Yup. I'm a woman. And I drove out of there real fast and didn't look back. More
