My experience from start to finish was perfect! I dropped my car off early (8am: appt at 11a) for a recall replacement item, on my 2024 Kia. I was asked if I was staying w/ my vehicle. He asked if I would like a pickup @ home when it was ready! Really? Absolutely, yes!! I didn’t have to call an Uber. Plus.. My car was ready by 11a. When the driver picked me up- he was very pleasant and we talked about restaurants to try (I just moved to Florida from NC). When we arrived at Kia.. my car was washed & waiting for me to take her home! I love a babysitter that gives my baby back happier & cleaner than I left her! They can watch her anytime! Thanks Longwood Kia Team! More

Frank and his service team at KIA are so wonderful and easy to work with. KIA North makes it so easy to deal with them. When I arrived to get my car only one person greeted me and even acknowledged that I was there. My service provider Theo was not very helpful regarding my services and only communicated through text even w and even acknowledged that I was there. My car was at the dealership for over 1 month waiting for a part and I had to fight to get a rental car when my serviced provider said that I can still drive my car without AC. Very poor customer service. I also asked for an oil change in which she never told me that there was a cost at this dealership because it was not where I purchased the vehicle. After waiting a month for my car when I went to pick up my vehicle it was filthy, and they charged me over $100 for an oil change that I get free at Deland Kia. It wasn’t until I complained that the charge was removed. Honestly this was my first time at this dealership and I will never ever go back for any work on my car. I’d rather drive to Orlando than to ever bring my car back. Lack of communication and poor service by my provider. More
