Vehicle side mirrors stop working and dealer refuse to repair because they claimed repair was done to the car though nothing was ever repaired on our part. So this is something they should have cought and address before selling us the vehicle. 2nd key was never provided as promised even though it's a certified pre-owned with warranty. They give me info for a key guy to pay $280 after spending $50,000 on a vehicle. Dealer just want to get the sale and that's it. More

Was wrongly charged for diagnostics of faulty engine under warranty. Service manager said he wouldn’t submit paperwork for reimbursement, and that wouldn’t be reimbursed. Rental car supposed to be furni under warranty. Service manager said he wouldn’t submit paperwork for reimbursement, and that wouldn’t be reimbursed. Rental car supposed to be furnished, non furnished. Paid for rental out of pocket. Service manager was supposed to submit paperwork, said he wouldn’t. Gave him paperwork for that also, still no reimbursement for diagnostics or rental car!! Engine replaced under warranty. Process of diagnostics and engine replacement was 10-12 weeks. Between lost time at work, fake diagnostic tests, and car rental, I’m OUT about $6000.00 DOLLARS!!!!!!. Dealership people have called me a few different times buying my car or trading it and buying a new Kia. Explained situation to them. They tell me they’re going to talk to the general manager and others and get back with me. NO ONE calls back!!!!! Dealership and Kia motors are USELESS!!!!!!, other than TAKING YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! More

This service on 10-26-×023 at 50095 mileage listed Rea brake remaining at left side- green and right side 8mm. Since Greenway Kia is the only one service ING my car and I have not had any brake work ordered or billed for an explanation is required. . When I returned home after the 9-12-2022 service it was noted that the service sticker on my windshield showed next service due was at considerably less than the mileage I went in with. Was another customer's work done on my car by mistake? Or did my brake pads grow? Or maybe a serious recording error. Not good any way you define it! More
