Extremely disjointed staff with little interest in providing great customer service. There are a couple ppl who stuck out in regards to pleasant to interact with, but they were not managers. Their salesmen and service providers are incompetent. The first set of mechanics could not find the air leak in my tire. Then they incorrectly placed the oil filter when they changed my oil. One service appointment turned into 3 separate visits within 7 days. Also, the initial salesman said that he would schedule to have my windows tinted in June 2023. It is now November 1st and he has yet to successfully schedule to have my windows tinted even though I inquire about it often. Purchasing this new car from Greenway has been a horrible experience. I can’t believe I spent this much money to be treated so poorly. If I could do it again, I would never purchase from this dealer. More

Amazing experience! I was a walk-in but I didn’t have to wait long.
