Terrible since we bought the vehicle. Then since I have no choice but to go to that location for life time oil changes I went there for a 10:15am Saturday appointment and it was 20 mins b Then since I have no choice but to go to that location for life time oil changes I went there for a 10:15am Saturday appointment and it was 20 mins before I spoke to the person then a three hour wait. Had to leave the car and get picked up. Then 3 days after they did the oil change my car check engine light came on along with the oil light and said to service vehicle immediately. Car had zero oil in it. Had to have it towed back to them so they could rectify their mistake. Cost me a half of day of work and no vehicle for a day. Huge inconvenience and then when I asked what I can do to get a refund for the life time oil changes I never received a message back. Crickets!!!!! I Will never bring my car back to this location. More

This dealership was unprofessional and unorganized. When you walk into the facility there is not anyone to great you in the service department. I would not recommend anyone to visit this location. Very disappointed! Waited 4 hours for an oil change and wheel alignment after making an appointment. When asking for the alignment report was informed they don’t have one since there was no paper in machine. Informed of an extra 3 percent charge of using a credit card. Waited for them to find my keys after payment was made. Repair estimate had many extra charges and suggested repairs. I left the dealership not wanting to return. More
