I went to get an oil change, and get a recall notice fixed. Initially, when I called to schedule the appointment, they advised that they did not have parts in stock for the recall. I mentioned it again fixed. Initially, when I called to schedule the appointment, they advised that they did not have parts in stock for the recall. I mentioned it again to Theo, at my service appointment, but she informed me that they did have them in stock and I could get it taken care of the same day. Come to find out the next day, after my check engine light came back on due to the recall, that parts were not there and needed to be ordered. I was not informed about the parts on order or that I needed to come back to get it installed. I had to go back to the dealership just to have them tell me that, no part was installed and I'd have to come back, yet again. More
