Noah tried multiple times to take advantage of me, quoting me incorrect prices for multiple things until I got a man involved. The last two times that I came in for regular service, the agent was young and not familiar with extended warranty, and the other time he wanted to sell me a discount on a transmission oil change. He did not know that my car did not need a transmission oil change. To me that is a lack of training my management, and should go back to the responsibility of Kia executives. More
Awesome i went in regarding a brake light being out and possibly AC issue. It may have taken a while so they provided my transportation to get back home and came to pick me up when the vehicle was ready. I possibly AC issue.
