Noah tried multiple times to take advantage of me, quoting me incorrect prices for multiple things until I got a man involved. When asked to justify the numbers he gave me he was unable to give me a s quoting me incorrect prices for multiple things until I got a man involved. Can‘t seem to fine me in their system even though I purchased my car there and have had it serviced there several times. The last two times that I came in for regular service, the agent was young and not familiar with extended warranty, and the other time he wanted to sell me a discount on a transmission oil change. He did not know that my car did not need a transmission oil change. To me that is a lack of training my management, and should go back to the responsibility of Kia executives. More
