When at the dealership, I also asked to speak with a manager or assistant manager. I spoke with Jennifer McClung who was very knowledgeable regarding the “mystery calls” I would get almost daily from Greenway North any time between 4:00 and 8:45 pm. They would ring twice and then hang up. Since I was waiting for window trim replacements for my Telluride I would try to call back if I was able. When I phoned back no one ever knew who called or which department was making the calls. People answering the phone have been unpleasant.about these “mystery calls”. She informed me I would be removed from the call list. It is interesting how knowledgeable these two women are and know they are a true asset to the dealership. The waiting area was clean and presentable. More
