Don't come to this dealership. There is better places you can go to. I came into this dealership on a Saturday excited to potentially trade in my Kia Sportage 2023 for a new 2025 There is better places you can go to. I came into this dealership on a Saturday excited to potentially trade in my Kia Sportage 2023 for a new 2025 Kia Sportage. I spoke with Ricardo, best offer he could give me was $480/month no money down. This price was too high so I left. I get a call days later from Raimi pleading to me to come back to the dealership to see what deal can be worked out. Raimi tells me if I come in and schedule an appointment I will be able to speak with the GM. I make the appointment and when I show up, not only do I not get to speak to the GM but they have the audacity to give me an offer HIGHER than what was originally offered. Originally i was offered $480/month and this time they offered me $521/month. How does that make sense? I worked all day and then waste 2 hours of my time at this dealership to no avail. Days pass by and I get an email from Raimi making sure everything went well. No Raimi, nothing went well. I didn't speak to the GM as you promised me and I got a deal HIGHER than originally offered. I tried giving him and the dealership a chance to rectify the situation but instead you know what was done? NOTHING. Raimi ignored my emails. Terrible business practice at this dealership and very disorganized. Don't waste your time at this dealership like I did. More
