Lack of communication post sale. I noted an issue with the headlight before leaving the dealership but was told it is fine. I messaged Joshua asking if I could bring the car in and he said he would let me know in 40 minutes. 3 hours later I hadn't received any word so I followed up and he responded with "I'll ask"....what!? You said you were asking nearly 4 hours ago! Then I realized I hadn't received my bill of sale nor did I get my copy of the contract and agreement. It's been 2 days and I have yet to hear back from Joshua despite me following up. I am still waiting to hear if my tags were transfered so I can use my license plate! Overall poor experience with Joshua. More

My time with this dealership was anything but professional. I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle and when I get there the car was clearly not looked at beforehand. The dashboard was not professional. I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle and when I get there the car was clearly not looked at beforehand. The dashboard was not working and the salesman didn’t know how to work the technology in the car. The general sales manager is the epitome of sleazy car salesman. I put a deposit down on a vehicle to hold it over the weekend and I asked for it to get it in writing that I get my money back if it’s not to my satisfaction and they hand wrote it illegibly on printer paper without his name on it. The key fob did not have the emergency key that is required inside and that took two weeks to get it cut and to me. I would like to never deal with his dealership again. More
