We thought the experience was really well. The amount of respect and care provided was so professional. They not only fixed the recalls took the time to listen provided a free car wash. It was the best experience that I experienced at a dealership. The sales process was so smooth and quickly. Also the signing of papers was an amazing process. Overall I recommend this dealership to an dealership. The sales process was so smooth and quickly. Also the signing of papers was an amazing process. Overall I recommend this dealership to anybody. Horrible experience my car was there for 6 weeks before they ordered the part I asked to replace when I dropped my car off. Manager Joe lied to me about a used part being put in my vehicle. Was changed the they ordered the part I asked to replace when I dropped my car off. Manager Joe lied to me about a used part being put in my vehicle. Was changed the same price for used part as new part and still haven’t received an invoice for the used part for proof of cost. Picked my car up after 7 weeks and had to bring it back days later because issue was not resolved. GM assured me things would be resolved when I came to pick up my car and he had not communicated anything to cashier or service advisor and they were trying to charge me more to pick up my car after David assured it was no charge. Sales manager called me cursing at me for not returning loaner vehicle which again GM David failed to communicate to his staff what was going on. Ultimately my car was there for over two months and was dragged out for no reason costing me hundreds of dollars in Ubers. Will never go back and will never own another Kia. More
I brought my car in for simple oil change. After completing the oil change, they told me I needed other things done to my car. For all of the work to be completed, the total was $2,600 dollars After completing the oil change, they told me I needed other things done to my car. For all of the work to be completed, the total was $2,600 dollars. Keep in mind, all I wanted was the oil change. So they put me in a rental car until my car was finished. At the time nothing was wrong with my car, it was simply time for my oil change. Well I went to pick up my car & as soon as I began driving, it was smoking so bad that I turned around & had to take it right back to them. The next day they blatantly lied & tried to tell me my car was already like that. I'm sure there are cameras around their entire establishment that can show that I did not bring my car in smoking "with my transmission was slipping." When I came back Joe Vega the service manager, wasn't there. So for a couple of days I had to go back and forth with Joe Vega and the general manager David about this ordeal. Joe Vage was saying I brought the car in like that & he knows that was not true. The general manager David was very understanding, knowing Joe was not being honest at all. He even told Joe that what he was saying made no sense. David, the general manager, had a check cut for me for $3,000 dollars, which I had already paid to get my car fully repaired. He told me to see if I could find a place that would put my transmission in because they could not. They still had me in a rental because I still didn't have my car. They tried to get me to trade my car in and get a car from them, which was the furthest thing I wanted. After the work they did on my car, it was in worse condition than when I brought it in. I had to have my car towed away from there to another shop, which I had to pay for. The second place said my transmission was messed up and the job Joe and his team had done was done wrong, & that's why oil was leaking into my engine, and my car was smoking. Now after the second shop has completely repaired my car the correct way, it is $5,900 to get it out of the shop. It has been so much turmoil dealing with this situation. Firstly, they took me out of the renal they had me in. So, I then had to pay for a rental car out of pocket, which ended up having to come from the check they gave me, giving me my money back from what I had initially paid them for the "repairs." The rental car had gotten too expensive so I then had to get my daughter's car back on the road, just so I could have transportation to and from work, since I was just starting a new job. This meant I had to get it registered, insured, etc., all while being the full time caregiver to my daughter, who is paralyzed from the chest down. That is a job within itself. I tried my best to work with the dealership. I was patient. Understanding. Respectful. I couldn't have imagine this in a million years. I took my car in for an oil change, as I always did, & in the end I come out with no car since March- while still having to make my car payments and pay car insurance? It doesn't make sense. More

They both were very kind and patient with me! They both explained the root cause of my alternator failure and what to do to prevent it from happening again. Theo also faithfully applied my Senior/Military credit to my bill. I will be back for any future repairs or services, and I would highly recommend the dealership to all of my family and friends. More
