Jennifer has truly been the saving grace of my experience with the Greenway Kia North service center. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past, but whenever Jennifer is my service advisor, she consistently with the Greenway Kia North service center. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past, but whenever Jennifer is my service advisor, she consistently does a thorough job and provides top-notch customer service. She keeps me informed on the progress of my service and does an excellent job explaining my vehicle’s needs while helping me choose the best options moving forward. More
Update: Mr Andrews,Mgr, finally returned call and said they are sorry but though they Misled me ,hit my Credit hard..they had Sold the Vehicle I was calling on and Could Not help me ..and " to GO to ANOTH they are sorry but though they Misled me ,hit my Credit hard..they had Sold the Vehicle I was calling on and Could Not help me ..and " to GO to ANOTHER Dealer"! He had No resolution for selling a car as a Car Dealer Manager! Again Avoid this company! I had called in looking for a specific vehicle. I informed them of my financial status , my income , my credit and what I could afford on the monthly payment. They assured me that they would be able to get me into the vehicle! It was less than 3K! After numerous communications and my making the mistake of filling out the financial information for them to run my Credit ,with the promise that I would be in the car ....they ignored me and eventually I believe Sold the car to someone else during the month-long period of waiting!!! Don't do business with them you're better served going somewhere where they can give you legitimate answers before they do a hard pull on your credit and ruin your score. Their final comeback obnoxious as it was,was to put 3K down on the 3K Vehicle! The Manager was aware and to date..has resolved Nothing! SHOP somewhere else Where there is integrity! It is Ashamed you cannot Give Rating in the Negative! More

Took my car in for a headlight repair. Frank was great. Straightforward and kept me informed of what was going on. There were two recalls and he was able to have it all done at once.
